Nediyo ücretli mi? Uygulama içinde satın alma var mı?

Hesabımı nasıl silerim?
Üye olarak giriş yaptıysan: Ayarlar > Hesap ve destek > Hesabımı Sil. İsteğin kabul edilince hesabına erişim kapanır ve kayıtların silinir. Üye değilsen ("Şimdilik geç") veya silme sırasında takılırsan [email protected] adresine yaz. Hangi verinin ne kadar saklandığı Aydınlatma Metni'nde yazılıdır.
Bildirimleri nasıl açar veya kapatırım?
Ayarlar > Bildirimler bölümünden günlük hatırlatmayı ve diğer bildirim türlerini açıp kapatabilir, hatırlatma saatini seçebilirsin. Bildirim için iPhone'un sistem izni de gerekir; iPhone'da Ayarlar > Bildirimler > Nediyo bölümünden değiştirebilirsin. Tanıtım veya reklam bildirimi göndermiyoruz.
Video açılmıyor veya takılıyor, ne yapmalıyım?
Önce internet bağlantını kontrol et, uygulamayı tamamen kapatıp yeniden aç. Düzelmezse iPhone modelini, iOS sürümünü ve hangi videoda olduğunu [email protected] adresine yaz.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Nediyo without signing up?
Yes. Tap "Şimdilik geç" (Skip for now) on the sign-in screen and you can watch videos without an account. If you want an account later, go to Settings > Hesap ve destek and connect with Apple, Google or an e-mail code.
Is Nediyo paid? Are there in-app purchases?
Nediyo is free for now and has no in-app purchases. See the Terms of Use (Turkish).
How do I delete my account?
If you are signed in: Settings > Hesap ve destek > Hesabımı Sil (Delete my account). Once your request is accepted, access to your account is closed and your records are deleted. If you are not signed in ("Şimdilik geç") or get stuck, write to [email protected]. What data is kept and for how long is described in the Privacy Notice (Turkish).
How do I turn notifications on or off?
In Settings > Bildirimler (Notifications) you can switch the daily reminder and other notification types on or off and choose the reminder time. Notifications also need iPhone's system permission; you can change it in iPhone Settings > Notifications > Nediyo. We do not send promotional or advertising notifications.
A video does not play or keeps stalling. What should I do?
Check your internet connection, then fully close and reopen the app. If it still fails, e-mail [email protected] with your iPhone model, iOS version and which video it is.
Where can I read about my data and privacy?
The Privacy Notice explains what data we process and why, how long we keep it, and how to use your rights. The Terms of Use set the rules for using the app. You can also send privacy requests to [email protected].
